I get a no FileCM server registered message

If you receive this message and have upgraded or installed a new version then Go to Start – Run and fire the following command
Regsvr32 (this is usually the location where FileCM is installed)
Example: regsvr32 “c:\programFiles\filem\filecmapi.dll”

This should rectify the issue.
If you have not upgraded or installed a new version then the user is not registered as a user on FileCM. Add the user in the Security Set up module
