Invalid Security Database Error message

This would occur if FileCM couldn’t find the database or the schema in database in invalid.

1. Ensure FileCM database exists in SQL Server
2. Ensure you have created a SQL Login and given OWNER permission to the FileCM Database
3. Ensure on SQL Server,  server authentication is set to “SQL Server and Windows Authentication mode”(Right click SQL Server -> Properties->Security)
4. Disconnect from SQL Server and ensure you could connect to SQL Server using FileCM SQL login
5. Ensure that you could access FileCM database using this account
6. Ensure you ran all the latest FileCM SQL Scripts on this database
7. Ensure that you have entered valid Database connecting string, userid and password in FileCM options(logged as appadmin)
